NUMBERCRUNCHER END USER'S LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User's License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) ("you") and Fullsteam Software Holdings LLC d/b/a NumberCruncher.com, Inc.™ ("NumberCruncher" or "Licensor") for the All Orders by NumberCruncher software product, which includes software, documentation, and associated media ("NUMBERCRUNCHER").
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or using NUMBERCRUNCHER, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install and remove any copies of the software from your computer.

NUMBERCRUNCHER LICENSE
NUMBERCRUNCHER is licensed, not sold. Copyright and intellectual property laws protect it. This license allows designated LICENSED END USERS to use NUMBERCRUNCHER under the following terms:
1. License to Use
If you are an individual, you receive a personal, nonexclusive license. If acting for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company. The software may be installed on a network server for installation/use by LICENSED END USERS. Licenses may not be shared concurrently.
2. Restrictions and Limitations
- No reselling, sub-licensing, or transferring for value.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly.
- No rental, leasing, or lending.
- No rights granted regarding trademarks or third-party marks.
- Compliance with laws including the ADA, Unruh Act, and others is required.
- Use of integrated payment processing may be required.
Termination
Violation of this EULA may result in termination and required destruction of all copies. Support Services and updates are subject to the EULA. Technical information may be used for business purposes without personal identification.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in NUMBERCRUNCHER are owned by NumberCruncher. All rights not granted are reserved.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION
This EULA is governed by Alabama law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lee County, Alabama, with both parties waiving jury trial rights.
LIMITED WARRANTY
NUMBERCRUNCHER is warranted for 30 days from receipt. Remedies include refund or replacement. Warranties are void in cases of misuse or accident. NumberCruncher disclaims all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor shall not be liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid in the last 2 months or $5.
TERM/TERMINATION
Subscription/Payment
Subscriptions require a one-year minimum and must be paid via an order form. Payments are non-refundable.
Renewal/Termination
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 30 days prior to the renewal date. Termination can occur for breach, bankruptcy, or cessation of operations. Upon termination, all obligations for fees remain due.
General Termination
NUMBERCRUNCHER and services cease upon termination. No fee refunds apply. Sections like disclaimers and limitations survive termination.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees must be paid as per your order form. Prices may change at any time. Taxes and additional charges are the user's responsibility.
Billing occurs monthly or annually. Unpaid accounts are subject to suspension and late fees. Disputes must be raised within 30 days.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades are charged pro-rata; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No refunds for downgrades.
Cancellations
Services auto-renew unless canceled 30 days in advance.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance provides access to updates and support. Details are found at NumberCruncher Maintenance Policy. If not renewed, the software will cease to operate after one month.
SUPPORT
Maintenance is required for support access. Support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST. Terms may change. Additional support is available for purchase.
