Unrecognized Database Format or Error 53 File Not Found
This error is caused by an unexpected abrupt closing or crashing of All Orders
Generally, a faulty network card or power outage can cause this problem as well as some other abrupt form of termination.
The immediate solution is to do a File Compaq and Repair available from the File Menu.
If you continue to receive this message try the following:
1. Have all users log-out
2. Find the ldb file (CompanyName.ldb) and delete it.
3. Attempt to Compact and repair.
If the file is damaged the repair will not work. It is suggested that you use your most recent backup and immediately have your network cards evaluated.
In certain circumstances we may be able to recover your damaged file. Please email your file in a zip folder to support. Additional fees will apply.
To avoid further issue consider converting to SQL.
