Upon selecting a fixed price on the QB pricing level and selecting a decrease or i.e., a discount, NC instead receives an increase or markup
RELEVANT TO VERSION 3.1.16 or earlier
After selecting the QB price and doing a sync from NC just click on this utility and the markup will be changed to a discount
