Permission Denied - error message when converting to Version 4

Description
On opening NC V4 file an error message occurs saying "Permission Denied".
Cause:
A previous NCB file was created and it is being overriden. You are running the Conversion Wizard again (you are trying to write over the previously created .mdf as a new database, this database is being pointed to by the .ncd file)
Resolution:
1. If your intention is to open your new Version 4 file,
a) Just cancel the setup wizard
b) Open the company pointing to the previously created .ncd file.
2. If your intention is to redo the conversion,
a) Delete the previously created .ncd file
(You can delete your file thru the File -> Maintenance menu. There is an option to delete the file there)
