Description:

While attempting to fill a sales order you may get the following error when there is sufficient quantity:

Error -2147220970 No Items. Please add at least one item.

Cause

This message will appear if there is an amount reserved (dependency) on a purchase order that has not been received.

Resolution:

In order to bypass this error, UNCHECK 'force allocation from linked transactions' in inventory preferences.
