Description

When attempting to uninstall All Orders you receive the following error:

Installation Source is not available

Cause:

Some of the Windows information that registered the program is missing or has been corrupted.

Resolution:

  1. Download  and install the Windows Install Cleanup utility.

  2. Launch Windows Install Cleanup (from the Start - All Programs)

  3. Select All Orders 4 and click Remove.

  4. Uninstall from Add/Remove Programs if it is still listed.

  5. Download and install All Orders 4 client and the updates
