Error Message - Cannot Start QuickBooks

To resolve this error Update QuickBooks. To do this, from within QuickBooks select File --> Update QuickBooks. In addition, when you exit QuickBooks, if you are asked to update files, click Yes. You may have to perform this action twice to ensure that your version has been updated.
If the above does not work or your QuickBooks is already updated, please reinstall QuickBooks.
