Cannot Create an Inventory Item with same name but...

Description:
Cannot create an inventory item in Work Orders with the same name but which is a sub of a different item.
Cause:
This is a design issue in NumberCruncher Work Orders which will be rectified as soon as possible. Please make sure you have the most recent software updates listing in the FAQ section of Support.
Resolution:
Create the InventoryPart in QuickBooks and then synchronize with Work Orders.
