Type Mismatch Error when creating a NumberCruncher company file

Error Message

During creation of a new company using the Setup Wizard you get an error message - 'Type Mismatch'

Cause

Only occurs if you have previously installed version 1.X of NumberCruncher. 

Resolution

  1. From Windows - Start select Programs --> NumberCruncher Work Orders --> Reset Setting

  2. Repeat the Setup Wizard

 This is a known issue that has been resolved in a service pak.
