OR

Error: 380 : Could not set Value Property. Invalid property value.

Resolution:

Logon to QuickBooks as admin then within NumberCruncher do File-->Synchronize with QuickBooks and follow the on screen instructions.  If that does not resolve the problem, download, extract and run the ResetAccounts utility as follows:

  • Close NumberCruncher;

  • Click the hyperlink above;

  • Save Download (do not Open)

  • Double click ResetAccounts.zip, you will see another file

  • Double click ResetAccounts.exe
