Symptoms

When you try to update a customer, non-inventory item or vendor through NumberCruncher you may get the following error:

Edit sequence XXXXXXXX is out of date

Cause

The item, customer, vendor or other list item has been edited through QuickBooks in between synchronizations.

Resolution:

Synchronize with QuickBooks.
