Status not changing to Ready

Symptoms

When you add a item to a work order that only has itself as the only a component and the status is 'Out of Stock'. When sufficient quantities are received, the status doe not change to "Ready'  

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution:

If the latest update is 2.1.9 then download and run   FixQry2. Otherwise download and install the most recent update.

  1. Download and save FixQry2.zip;

  2. Double click FixQry2.zip

  3. Extract the contents to a separate folder

  4. Double click FixQry2.exe
