When integrating AO with UPS, etc. the Carrier Service linked to the shipping method should transfer to the appropriate software (ex: UPS World Ship).

It would be nice to be able to duplicate quotes and sales order in AOW. It would be helpful if the users have the ability to delete quotes as well.

The only information on the class page is the short class name. It would be really nice if there was a description field to go with each class name. The short class name is only 41 characters. A longer field for a description would just be helpful. For the class name we just use a few letters, like we did in our old system. We have formulas set up on the short class name that produce our required results for reports, etc. Some of our class names are very similar, so it helps to have a description so we don’t have to keep a separate list so we know what they are.

It would be great for the Ship To addresses to be sorted alphabetically in the customer information screen. It is listed alphabetically in the drop down box on sales orders, but not in the customer look-up.

Recording inventory movements as they happen. Many inventory discrepancies occur as the result of misplaced, moved, or poorly recorded parts. Rather than trying to keep track of which parts are moved to new locations and entering changes after the fact, scan the location and part bar codes to record the move of your inventory.

we keep running into the situation where a sales person will send in an order with inactive items all over it, because he failed to notice that he had his item list filtered to show inactive only. It would be nice if we could simply ride over this issue by disallowing certain users from even being able to SEE inactive items/customers/shipping address, basically anything marked as inactive. And not just have a filter to see or not see that they could change.

Numbercruncher captures all the information needed to run sales reports for new sales and shipped sales or jobs. It would be great if we could enter the salesperson 's and company sales goals in the program. Add some nice graphical reports and your done!

In QuickBooks Enterprise 13, they have given us the ability to have multiple notes for a customer card. Currently the notes in QuickBooks on the customer card do not synch with All Orders/Number Crunchers.

Sometimes we want the ability to charge a flat rate without having a rate and an extended rate. I am aware that you can change the extended rate but it changes the rate which I don't want the customer to see. In other words, I want to be able to attach a rate of $150.00 for example regardless of the quantity.

It would be great to have a pop-up alert each time the cost changes to decide if automatically raise the standard price, manually adjust or leave the same... similar to what QB has in Enterprise version

A special open feature, for opening orders that have linked documents. IE A Quote is turned into a Sales Order, is filled into a Ship Doc with a Linked PO attached. Then be able to open all of those docs at once time instead of clicking through them.

Is there a way to run the reorder analysis program for raw materials by location? We have two locations. We would like to run the analysis to show us what raw materials need to be ordered for a given location, if that location's reorder point is below the amount specified for that item.

Be able to click through to an items information, when viewing it in the BOM. Instead of having to remember long part numbers, and enter them into the item list. This sort of functionality should be present everywhere, as it is in QB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having inventory in different states, the ability to create an inventory transfer without immediately removing the items from inventory would be helpful. Not only would this give users a form to print/email a BOL prior to departure, but it would allow for last minute changes to the trucks scheduled hours/days ahead of time prior to physically removing the items from inventory. This would also reduce confusion during counts, etc. as the items would still be in the "From Location's" inventory as the truck has not actually left the dock yet. This would involve the transfer form having two check boxes: "Shipped" and "Received by To Location." BOTH of which would be unchecked by default, allowing a Transfer for a shipment to be created ahead of time and left in a staged or pending status. "From Location" would edit the transaction and check the "Shipped" box removing the items from their inventory and placing them "In Transit" status. Receiving location would edit the transaction and check the "Received by To Location" upon receipt adding the items to their inventory and completing the transfer.

When entering several new items in one session much time would be saved if we could "Send and Copy". Currently we Save and Close, then highlight the item we want to copy, then right click and click on copy. Several seconds would be saved if we could Save and Copy in 1 step.

We have a bunch of licenses but users will log on and stay on. Can you set a timer that will auto log the user off if, say, they are idel for 60 minutes?

Hello, I would like to be able to put inactive parts on sales orders and ship them without having to make them active. This would allow me to clean up my item list as well as have a less cluttered reorder point report. Thanks, Jesse
